Project
Erilia is a company of the Habitat en Région Group, the 2nd largest private HLM player in France, managing 21 companies, more than 220,000 housing units, and 3000 employees.
The project developed with Formi SA concerns all of Erilia’s operations: construction, rehabilitation, urban renewal projects, improvement projects, etc. Each of these operations consists of a study phase, followed by a work execution phase.
The solution manages the work and fee situations issued during these two phases, as well as the calls for funds in the context of VEFA operations.

eProject allows the financial management of new construction, rehabilitation and component replacement operations:

As part of its missions as a social landlord and builder, the company wants to modernize and is launching a major dematerialization project.
Once the scope of the EDM/ADL project was reached, Erilia wished to implement a solution capable of managing the process of handling work situations in which companies, project managers and the project owner intervene during the execution of the work until the approval of the final general statements.
