- Extension of line 12 of the Geneva Tramway
- Creation of a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) line
- The tramway, by being connected to the TAC network and the CEVA transport network, will be able to absorb part of the growing demand for travel.

- Financial and operational management of all contracts awarded (studies, works, services, etc.)
- Secure eProject FIM platform accessible via the Internet for the entire duration of the Tramway Line works, up to the approval of the general and final accounts (DGD)
- Service for all parties involved in the operation (project owner, delegated project owner, project managers, companies)
- Establishment of the statements of account, transmissions to the Prime Contractor, then to the Awarding Entity
- Visas required for their payment
