Project
The Bretagne Très Haut Débit (BTHD) project aims to bring very high-speed broadband to everyone in Brittany. This network will represent nearly one million connections throughout Brittany. This will involve the construction of a fiber optic network to the subscriber.
Its implementation has been entrusted to the Syndicat mixte Mégalis Bretagne, which is in charge of the operational management of the deployment on behalf of the region’s local authorities (Region, Department and EPCI) and the implementation of its technical and commercial operation.
Given the complexity and financial volume of the contracts managed, the Syndicat mixte Mégalis Bretagne wished to provide all third parties involved in a public contract with efficient tools for managing project data and for administrative and financial monitoring of contracts and associated services.
Solutions: eProject EDM & FIM
The tool allows the various actors (project owner, project managers, delegates, subcontractors, etc.) to access or deliver the information necessary for the management and execution of projects.
In order to optimize its procedures and to allow a dematerialized treatment of the financial execution of public contracts, in a secure way and in conformity with the rules defined in terms of public purchase, Mégalis Bretagne has also equipped itself with the collaborative tool of management and administrative and financial follow-up of the contracts: eProject GFI.
Testimony
We were looking for a flexible solution in terms of parameterization to keep flexibility in our fiber optics business. During the call for tenders, eProject was able to respond to the 2 lots with one and the same solution, the financial management (FIM) and the EDM. The primary interest found was the mutualized base of companies that linked the 2 solutions EDM and GFI.
