Project
The project, financed by the Region, aims at the complete construction of a new high school in Nort-sur-Erdre. The establishment covers more than 12,400 m² of built area on a 11 hectare site. It will have a capacity of 1000 to 1200 students.
The architecture firm AIA life designers has designed the future high school as a place of learning, with the creation of new meeting spaces. The aim is to build an innovative work environment that is in line with current practices. The high school will have teaching facilities, school life, a CDI, a social health center, and open spaces, such as the multipurpose room and the restaurant service.
This new infrastructure complies with the new environmental regulations of the RE2020 and is in line with the preservation of the environment and the reduction of the ecological impact.
The commune has, of course, linked the high school to the surrounding towns thanks to the transport network and the road infrastructure (bus lines, parking lots, redevelopment of the roads leading to the high school).

Implementation of the financial management system of the contracts on the construction project of the High School in Pays de La Loire Region. The platform helps once again AIA Life Designers and their team on their site with its dematerialization system.
